Reactor is a comprehensive reaction vessel, according to the reaction conditions of the reactor structure and functions and configuration of accessories design. From the beginning, the feed-reaction-outlet can complete the preset reaction steps with a high degree of automation, and strictly control the temperature, pressure, mechanical control (stirring, air blast, etc.), reactant/product concentration and other important parameters in the reaction process. Reactor’s structure is generally composed of cauldron, transmission device, mixing device, heating device, cooling device and sealing device. Auxiliary equipment: fractionating column, condenser, water divider, collecting tank, filter, etc.


The materials of reactor include carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel base (harth, monel) alloy and other composite materials. The reactor can be made of stainless steel materials such as SUS304 and SUS316L. Agitators include anchor type, frame type, propeller type, turbine type, scraper type, combination type, rotary mechanism can use cycloidal needle wheel reducer, stepless speed reducer or frequency conversion speed regulation, which can meet the special reaction requirements of various materials. Sealing device can use mechanical seal, packing seal and other sealing structure. The heating and cooling can adopt the structure of jacket, half pipe, coil pipe, miller plate, etc. The heating methods include: steam, electric heating, heat conducting oil, to meet the technological requirements of different working environments such as acid resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
